Become a Member ESB puts its broad educational philosophy - Every Student Benefits - into practical application through its wide-ranging graded syllabuses of oral assessments. Founded on a philosophy which values the worth of every individual, ESB believes in the need for people in every walk of life to gain confidence and self-esteem through acquiring interactive speaking and listening skills. Through membership, ESB seeks to draw together a core body of teachers and educationalists who identify with the ESB approach and wish to incorporate its methods into their teaching or training in the workplace. All members receive copies of the ESB professional journal, "Speaking English" and the popular, informative Newsletter which keeps members in touch with ESB events and activities.
